A couple started working with me in June 2020 and had had an ectopic pregnancy in 2017 which sadly resulted in the loss of a fallopian tube. After this ectopic pregnancy, Sarah’s periods had been irregular, clotted, and painful. When we started working together, Sarah had not had a proper period since March 2020 and previous to that her last period had been in October 2019.
When a couple starts working with me, we start tracking temperatures straight away, and I can access these temperatures as well each day, so we can monitor progress and alter prescriptions as needed.
MONTH 1
After taking a full case history, I developed a prescription of daily remedies to be taken over two months for Sarah and her husband.
For the first prescription, we detoxed methotrexate which had been given during the ectopic pregnancy, alongside supporting her adrenal glands, balancing cortisol levels, progesterone levels, and detoxing antibiotics to restore her gut health.
We got her period going in 21 days, but without ovulation. It looks like we got a peak in progesterone on day 17 where the body tried to ovulate, but this was not sustained. In theory, a period without ovulation is not a proper period, but it is a great sign that the hormonal system is trying to rebalance again and we are heading in the right direction.
