There is no doubt that the struggle of infertility is actually one of the most painful things a person can go through, the cycles of hope and disappointment compound, leaving cycles of grief and trauma.
But have you ever considered that unresolved grief or trauma from the past could be the cause of your unexplained fertility?
This could be the grief of losing a loved one, or from a period of abuse, or from a miscarriage, an argument, or many other reasons.
Of course, if you have experienced loss or trauma, you will always feel sad about what has happened, but there is a difference between feeling sad and that sadness affecting your overall health.

😢 Do you find that thoughts of grief are consuming?
😥That it is hard to not think about it?
😥Do you find yourself crying about it often?
😥Are you unable to sleep because of sadness?
😢Have you developed physical symptoms since that grief/trauma? these could be aches and pains, but other common ones I see are headaches, fatigue, low motivation, unable to feel joy, low libido.
But how could grief/trauma be affecting your fertility?
When we experience huge grief or trauma our bodies get stuck, it is like that grief happened yesterday and we cannot move on from it.
When we are grieving we release the 'stress' hormones cortisol and adrenaline. These hormones affect your white cell count, leaving the body at a higher risk of infection.

I often find in my prescriptions for fertility, I am choosing remedies that are often used for grief. The remedies help you gently move forward from the shock of grief so that the sadness no longer affects your health and fertility.
These remedies are chosen specifically for you, depending on the grief you have experienced and how it is affecting you.
Everyone's experience of grief is very personal and my goal is to see what has happened from your viewpoint, to get a real understanding of how it has affected you.
I can also tell from your symptoms whether we have an issue with adrenaline or cortisol or both and balance these with Homeopathy, whilst supporting your adrenal glands. This calms the whole system and people report feeling steadier, feeling less frantic, and sleeping better.
One of my lovely patients fell pregnant the first month of trying after we gave specific remedies for unresolved grief of the past.
This can happen for you too...
I am holding free fertility discovery calls this Wednesday and Thursday.
